The BINTI project is our way of giving back to the society. It has often been said, ‘’Charity begins at home” and this rings true for us! At the BINTI Project, our goal is to reach as many young girls in need as possible by ensuring they have access to QUALITY pads and are also educated on good period care practices. In Kenya, it is estimated that more than 50% of women do not have access to sanitary pads. To put this in perspective, for every two women one lacks access! We really need all hands on deck.

To help fill this gap, we have put aside a kitty where a certain percentage of proceeds generated from sales go into donations. Additionally, we rely on individuals as well as partnerships in furthering this agenda, an area we have been extremely fortunate and blessed in. As we have grown, we have also introduced dignity packs for donations which can be tailor made in accordance to needs and budgets.
